Invested in fathers property, can father give it to my and not sister

My father has Land where 2 rooms were there on which I have made 2 stored building. Now I have one elder sister also. Can my father give me the full property without giving my sister? Is there any hazards? Please suggest me what to do.

Is the property in which your house stand is an ancestral property or it was bought by your father with his hard earned money. If your answer is the former one then you sister can stake claim but If your ans is the latter one than you just have to get the land with structure thereon gifted to you by your father... for that you need to contact me. If the property is solely in the name of your father , he have every right to deal with the property legally as per his wish and wisdom.
He can transfer the property in your name.
It will be better to make a gift feed in your favour as it cuts the cost.
Thereafter if your father send a letter to your sister's address informing about the gift feed by speed post with AD. It will be better.
