Inheriting father's property for handicapped son

My Father has two sons and one daughter
Nothing problem with daughter..but the problem is: iam mentally handicapped and iam the elder ones..and I have a disabled certificate....
My father and my brother refuses to give 60%of property for me....can u tell me the solution how much %of property do I get
