You can submit an Affidavit and the form as provided by the society along with the death certificate of your parents stating that you are the only legal heir of your parents and that the property be transferred in your name. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.

Dear Client, On the basis of the information provided by you, it is observed that you are the only child of your parents. Furthermore, if a CHSL is formed in respect of the property in question, you have to approach the concerned committee members for making the change in the Share Certificate, in your single name as a owner

Well, in order to sell the Property, first you need to get the Share Certificates solely transferred on your name by applying to the Society to delete the name of your Deceased Respected Mother from the concerned Share Certificates to get the Share Certificates solely transferred on your name!
