Information regarding notarized plot bought

24-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Recently I have purchased notarized plot and on the notarized document the notary stamp says "My commission expires on so and so date", what does it mean? Does it mean this document is not valid after that date? Also on there is another stamp which says "subject to registration", what does it mean? Thank you.

HI,
how can you purchase a notarized plot. you will not get any right to the property.
every immovable property must purchase through registered document only. otherwise you will not get the title to
plot. revenue authorities also will not mutate your name in the records.

Hi
A sale deed of value above Rs100-/- has to be compulsorily registered.
Subject to registration- means the document is an agreement of sale which will be invalid if the sale deed is not registered at the sub-registrar office after payment of stamp duties and registration fees.
any notarised sale deed is only an agreement of sale and NOT a SALE DEED.
A notarised sale deed is null and void (INVALID) in accordance to Registration act.
