Information about BENAMI property

Dear Madam/Sir,
I am writing to you get to the guidance and help to file the complaint against the BENAMI properties made by my relative (my Uncle). He harassed us by various means such as (convinced the elders in our family to deny our rights in the ancestral property). But he made the massive movable and immovable properties (farmhouses, shops, and flats) in various states).
Therefore, we need certain legal help, so that we could proceed further.
