Independent house gift deed of portion

I inherited whole house and I gifted portion on second floor mentioning only about second floor on gift deed and nothing about land. Will gifted area owner have claim on land of plot.

You have not described whether the gift deed has been executed by the owner whether he was having the right to execute gift deed Supreme Court says that gift deed is irrevocable so it becomes very difficult to revoke the gift deed kindly ask your question in detail thank you

The person who has been benefited by the gift deed will only have right over the gifted area and not anything more or above that. He can not claim land or other floors of the entire property. In case of Any other query please feel free to contact. Thanks

You haven’t told the complete facts ..how many storey building is that ? What is the size of property ? Does it have common floors ? Etc Anyways, if u have mentioned categorically second floor than means gifted person has 1/4th share in the land …tomorrow if u demolish n reconstructed the house he will have second floor share …
