In what ratio does refund come upon cancellation of flat

Flat booked with first name of wife and husband. Last instalment to builder is due. Due to differences, they want to cancel the flat. Wife also raised loan. Payment to builder from each other accunts were made and amount transferred in each other. In what ratio the refund should come due to cancellation of flat. We are Hindus

I have read Ur query as per which u have buyed. A flat jointly along with Ur wife.but due to some.differemces u both decided to quit the flat and ask for.money refund from the builders.the loan for this purpose is also taken by Ur wife also as the deduction is concern it may not be execeed more then 50000 or as per mentioned in agreement.
