Illegal society (category - maintenance) hoarding

At the entrance of my house neighborhood society has put 15x20 ft hoarding with society name on it. I' m not member of this society. The road is maintained by corporation. I made complaint to corporation for removal of hoarding and corporation issued notice to society for removal of it or submit documents to take legal permission. Society replied to corporation claiming the road is owned by society. No further action by corporation uptil now. What I should do further.
You will have to file a suit for the same as it is now under dispute as to who is the actual and legal owner of the land on which the hoarding as on today stands if the same belongs to the corporation the society will have to remove it or they will have to pay charges for the same to your society

Hello!
You will have to check once again whether road belongs to corporation or not? If it belongs to corporation submit documentary proof to corporation along with your application for removing hoarding. Or you can issue legal notice to society.

You can lodge a PIL in High Court to remove Hoarding, by giving it name of Public Nuisance. However, you have to prove, that, it is really a Public Nuisance and disrupting not only you but the life of other people as well.
