Illegal possession of Pagdi room

We’re 4 siblings and our father had bought a room in a chawl on Pagdi system 40 years ago. Our elder brother illegally transferred room on his name without informing other siblings about 35 years ago. Our father was totally illiterate and blindly signed the transfer papers. Father was bed ridden and critically ill. How can we prove that elder brother cheated our father and other siblings ?

first upon seeing the income source before 40 years at the time pagdi amount... then who comes to possession and paying taxes and others charges chawl room as well as chawl room revenue record in whose name thereafter at the time of next transfer of elder brother, next why not taken action at time of transfer, delay reason , collect all relevant documents and contact your nearest lawyer and take appropriate steps
