Illegal construction on property land

We have a residential plot in Gutuwa, Ratu, Ranchi . Registry is done but mutation is not. We lately got to know that someone has illegally constructed a boundary on this. What are our options to challenge this?
As per the law you have right to file criminal case for illegal trespass against the person who is encroaching your land and also file 144 so that no construction could develop on your project. try to take possession of our land. Feel free then call.

You have various options, but before that you have to confirm about your title, whether it is valid, legal and absolute title or not.
