Illegal Construction of house on Site Number 553,REMCO BHEL HBC Societ

I am a senior citizen aged about 71years.One lady Smt M Jyoshna W/o M Neelakantha Naidu has illegally constructed the house on site number 553 belonging to my wife late Smt Shalini Kamath. She has purchased a site number 13 in a layout formed by One Mr R Manjunath and obtained permission to construct house from BBMP.But she has illegally constructed the house on Site Number 553 by Fraud and Misrepresentation of facts to BBMP. How it is possible that number 13 falls between house number 552& 554
hi sir you can take direction from the high court or permanent injunction from session court which u have documents permission obtained by bbmp and your saying fraud and misrepresentation how come this entire number changed

To resolve this, you should immediately file a civil lawsuit for a declaration of title and permanent injunction against the lady who constructed the house.
You must also file a criminal complaint for fraud and forgery against the lady and the person who sold her the site (Mr. Manjunath) based on the misrepresented facts.
