my neighbour had occupied the road nearl 40 years ago. actually he ventured this layout and the road is being shown in layout. but he occupied with his influence then and now he demolished his old house and got permission from GHMC. we complained to GHMC and the GHMC asked the builder to stop the work. Now the builder planning to approach lawyer and what he might do now and what is our counter now?
hi he might file writ petition in the high court questioning the action of GHMC notice questioning the notice or action and before he files petition you can file caveat petition in court to serve you notice

make a representation to Ghmc. request ghmc to prevent illegal construction, if not approach the court of law and obtain an order preventing the encroacher from making construction. builder might be plannig to approach the court for obtaining an order from the court by approaching lawyer.
