Since you have a full chain of ownership documents and all sale deeds are properly stamped and registered, your title appears legally valid. However, the fact that the society has not inducted you as a member and the builder still controls the premises raises red flags about the final conveyance and handover process. Well, the Building in which you have a shop now needs to be under the control of Society rather than Builder controlling it. Thus, all the flat & shop owners needs to form Society including you & need to go for Conveyance or Deemed Conveyance! Now, also you are the owner of shop, but, once society get registered, you will become more safe and will get Share Certificate.
