As per law since you are in unauthorized occupation or possession of the gochar land even for more than 30 years, the same land cannot be settled U/s 8A of the OPLE Act. Since gochar land being in the nature of being government land reserved primarily for cow grazing, the same is non alienable by way of granting lease. However, there is a possibility of gochar land being converted to patit land and in such an event you might be benefitted by being a beneficiary.

Sir, when you yourself suggest things which are illegal and ask for a legal solution, it is difficult on my part to suggest you the illegal means for a legal purpose. When you yourself accept that the land is a gochar land and not in your name, I am restrained to give you the reply. Anyway let a encroachment case being registered against you.
