If relinquishment deed is a valid document if adjudicated in India

The Relinquishment Deed was attested by Vice Consul at Consulate General of India innDubai (UAE), where plaintiff and defendant no. 2 were livingnthen and was later submitted for adjudication and the necessary stamp duty was deposited with Collector of Stamps at Vivek Vihar/Preet Vihar, DelhiDoes the case have merit based on the above facts. Is adjudication and giving stamp duty sufficient for fighting the case based on relinquishment deedKindly advise.

on the above mentioned query please note down that the document which is made / verify by the embassy, is genuine and no one can raise a question on its genuiness. and in India the the person who's possession such type of documents should be filling stamp from stamp authority. this type of documents is genuine as per law and sufficient for fighting the case
Relinquishment deed must be registered:
It is mandatory that a deed must be registered under Section 17 of the 1908 Registration Act. The registration must be done at the office of the Sub- Registrar as per the jurisdiction of the property.
Since, in this matter, the Relinquishment deed was only attested and not registered, it does not seem to be legally enforceable.
