If a property purchased before divorce can wife claim share in that

I'm awaiting devorce.meggistrate passed section 9 x party order in favour of me because she didn't come court..and than I filed a devorce case under section 13..now dates are going on and also some pending cases from her also pending in court like 498a and 125crpc maintenance..she don't want to take any adjustable settlement..so cases are pending..now I want to purchase a property with my govt salary and also from my mother's pending ..and I want to apply as a coapplicant ..and I want to make mother as applicant..can my wife claim any share in property also..pls help me out..soon

According to querry as you applied for a X party order in favour of you but the case is still pending in the court . And you can purchased in the name of your mother she cannot claim any conpansesation.

Your wife can not claim any share in property till you are alive.
But in maintenance case it will be ground to fix amount of maintenance.
Your wife also claim permanent alimony.
And if divorce not granted by court then she is your legal hairs .

Hi, in Prima fecia your wife already filed a case under section 125 for maintenance. She already explained your property and her demand. She dose not have any right to take share in your mothers property of upcoming property. Need not to worry but for sure explanation need to study your all cases.
