I want to save my property from sister husband

I Would like to request you to provide me consultation that i have a property in delhi and there is a registration being done on my father's name and on my name on 50:50 percentage basis. So along with that my sister husband is sitting at home from last 8 years and doing nothing right now also. So kindly provide me a way so that i can secure my self.
