I want to register a property with my son of 16 yers and daughter of a

I have booked a builder property in gurgaom with the help of bank loan of 1.02 cr of loan. I got handover and pocession. Now its time for registration. I want my property to be registered with my som and my daughter of ages 16 and 11 respectively. As my wife is nepalese citizen but i and my son and daughter are indian citizen. I have death cover and critical illness cover with my property with bank(kotak mahindra). What decision i could take in this scenario which can prevent my property afterme

YES , YOU can register the property with your Name alongwith your son and daughter. if you want alternate of this registration, let the property to be registered with your name and make will in favour of your son and daughter.

You can make a Will in which you can write that after your death your son and your daughter should become the joint owner of the property or the share how much you want them to share it and your wife if you want can get a life interest in the property till the time she is alive and be the guardian of your kids after you and take care of the property till they are major.

Yes in this case you can purchase the property in the name of your children and we can insert few legal clauses in the sale deed to avoid any future dispute n litigation Kindly b in touch to discuss this matter

in your facts I feel you should add your children. if the allotment is done then builder may not permit addition, but it seems that by payment of requisite charges the same will be added. it will help you protect your property as it will ultimately go in your legal heirs or else you purchase it in your name and make a WILL
