I need legal advice related to property issue. I got Faked by my broth
11-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
I was supposed to get Approx. 1-1/2 Acres of land. but I got Faked by my brother and the release deed was signed from my end. The ancestral property is in my mothers' name. She is ready to give me. and also ready to make a will. I need legal advice please. I do not how to proceed.

if the property is still in the name of your mother then for which property you signed release deed in favour of your brother ? if your mother is ready to give the property to you the release deed can we made in operative. you should be giving more details.
