I have been residing in housing board room since 1978.The room belongs to my uncle who expire 10 years back.Now redevelopment process started and society ask to get the room transfer on my room.to avoid complication in feature.I have no contact with my aunty since last 20 years and not aware of her whereabount.Pl let me know how to get room transfer on my room.I have been paying all dues of society since last 40 years.
you have to get a succession certificate or legal heirship certificate only the the society shall transfer your name in the share certificate and also other departments shall get your name on record and finally you will be termed as legal heir of your uncle
