You can give up or relinquish your rights or claims over your husband's property. In this respect a relinquishment deed can be executed by you in order to legally establish that you are not interested in your husband's property.

there is no legal provision cannot reject the inheritance only the person are the person property divorce only has a right to say whether the property goes to a particular person or not by way of villa by settlement he can write the person who get two ingredients have no right to dinner the inheritance part
