I am Facing Parking issues in our building

I have a problem with parking. our below landlord has given his flat on rent. Clear written in registry that small car parking along with one scooty allowed. But tenant has parked SUV and one scooty and landlord is not listening to us. I am facing everday parking problem. Whats the solution in law for me.
