Husband is missing since Last 27 years

My Husband is missing since last ~27 years. We tried to look for him a lot at the time of missing. I can't recall properly whether we filed an FIR or not but we went to Police station at that time. We have 2 boys. Both are married. My question is that my husband is missing since long back, how should I get his property moved to my or my children's name now?
