According to the India Law, if the person is missing for more than 7 years then it is presume that he is died. The Civil Court will declare his Civil death. After the judgment of Civil Court you can transfer this property to your name. But in court you have to prove that all the necessary actions has been taken but nobody heard about the whereabouts of your husband along with missing report and finding of the concerned police station. if you need any further information then please contact me without any hesitation through the administrator of this website
