How to transfer property from a cheating husband to his wife

We have a plot in Delhi Industrial Area which is on my fathers name. He is has affrair with outside ladies and even after several talks and fights he just says that he won't do this again. We fear that he might sell that property and then run away from the home. So how can we get that property transferred to my mothers name with his consent or without his consent? P.S. - One day he told that he will sign on the papers if we don't belive him but he continously fooling us. We are 4 childrens and all are adult. What should we do?

Hi,
your mother shall file a 125 Crpc petition for maintenance and should specifically press for interim maintenance. To settle out and withdraw the matter, ask your father to transfer the said plot in favour of your mother.
