How to transfer ownership of my property to mother in law or husband

I wish to transfer my property to my mother in law or my husband, how can i do it. my property is gift deed from parents.what might be the charges for it.

Yes you can transfer the said property which was gifted to you by your parents. As it was transferred by way of gift deed, which makes you the sole owner of the property and thus, you can transfer it by a way of gift deed. Also, stamp duty differs from state to state for gift deed so you will have to consult the registrar's office for clarification of the same.

You can gift the property to them. By means of a gift deed.

And you should mention the clauses carefully in the deed and it cannot be reversed.
And it should be done the the jurisdictional sub registrar office.

charges are within 5000 to transfer to husband. But it will be about 7 per cent of the value for transferring to mother in law. But why you need to transfer it to anybodys name at all ? If the purpose can be served without transferring ?
