How to transfer a self acquired property to the son
28-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Hello i want to transfer my own earned residential plot to my son. It is in Bangalore and it is my own earned. It is residential plot I want to know the stamp duty cost, registration cost and lawyer fees.
Sir in your case, you can gift it to your son. It is also also transferring of the right over the proeprty without any consideration. In this case, you can get lower stamp duty.
Here stamp duty is more lesser and the registration cost.
regarding advocate fee i cant say. It depends on the drafting, registration Etc.
Thank You

Dear sir,
You can transfer the residential plot to your son . And the cost or fees is confidential it cannot be revealed on website. Please approach an Advocate for legal scrutiny of documents, after lawyers suggestions, thoroughly examination of documents , title dees, then it can be seen by what mode you can transfer the plot to your son.
