How to split the ancestral land

Hi, We need some advise on splitting the land. We are 6 brothers and sister. All are married with children. Land we leave are with 2 brothers alone. and it needs to split.
You didn't tell your religion.assuming you are hindu and it is ancestral property.you did not tell weather parents alive and when the sisters got married.you can file suit for partition and can get it.first preliminary decree.then final decree.then execution petition.

Whose property is that? If it is ancestral, lots of details about the same is required. Whether your parents are alive? You belong to which religion? Why 2 brothers alone are in possession? Is there any Will left ?
