All of u r ready for partition or there is any dispute between u and the remaining parties. If there is no dispute and all of u wants patition then tell your lawyer solve the problem by mutual understanding by applying for mutual partition . If there is dispute then it require time.

Number of reasons for delay such as:
1. Prior to evidence stage applications can be filed various issues which need to be decided first. Application, say, argument then order.
2. Pending for issues to be drafted by Court.
3. Availability of Court.
4. Adjournments.
Etc.
Be patient. Discuss with lawyer about actual position in case. Be present on dates and be ready to conduct matter on each date. Anticipate what applications may come and be prepared. Also make list of all documents that will be required and keep them ready.

Dear sir, you need to take short date from the court and do not take lengthy dates. You have good chances for winning the case. If you want to fasten the process, then please contact us for consultation,
