How to settle a dispute regarding my land

In jharkhand, only a ST can buy a land of ST. So, my relative (a general) bought a land from a Rajput but in the online record it shows the the name of a ST as he was the baatedaar of that land for some time and mistakenly in one column during survey they listed his name. In the owner's column, name of Rajput is only mentiomed but in a side column name of that ST is mentioned. So HC case occurred, judgement came in our favour but the online record is still not changed. Circle officer says they have not received any copy of judgement from HC/DC office. And she said go and do the litigation process again and hope they send the judgement this time. Can anyone please help my relative?
Ask your relative to obtain the Certified copy of the HC order and give it to the concernd officer. If your relative knows the case number and disposal date of the High Court case procuring the same will become easier.

As you asserted in your grievance that For changing of name in registered ok one case filed before H.C but till now order has not been received by Circle office and also grievances has not been resolved yet. In such a case you can apply certified copy of judgement and procure it soon and hand over to the Department. If you want more legal help then call me.
