How to recover the land occupied by someone else in a society

I purchased one land area under society at that time no body shows the exact part of the land coming under me .now part of that land were occupied by someone else..I want to know.. 1. How to exacly identify my part of land -I have otigional land deed copy 2. How to recover my part of land if occupied by someone else. My religion is hinduism

For assertaining the property as you said that you have registered deed so see the map attached to your sale deed thereafter give an application to circle office for mesurment of land and for demarcation of the same even then if nothing is done then file a suit for recovery of person occupying your land

As per you first query , I would like to assist that for identification of part of land you should sent the legal notice to vendor in which you raised your part of land on the basis of Deed and if he will not give your portion of land then you can file a case before the Court for declaration of portion of land on the basis of Copy of Deed under Specific Performance of contract Act. As per issues number 2, you have one option that if as per the Deed vendor will not provide your part of land then you can file also a criminal case for u/s 406, 420. 467 of Indian Penal code and also civil case against Vendor who sold you land and make a party to other one who purchased your property... feel Free to call me for better legal assistance through lawrato....
