Give a public notice in the newspaper about the fact that you are co-owner of the plot and those dealing with the plot without your consent are exposing themselves to illegal and fraudulent acts.
Also write a letter to the sub registrar faridabad and copy to DC informing them not to transfer the plot to any third party without verifying the title just to ensure that you had taken all the precautions at your end.
Still if the plot is transferred you'll have enough material to prove the fraudulent acts.

Since you have 30%share in the plot, your brothers may not be able to get sale deed executed, for your share, till the time you are not physically present before the office of Concerned Sub Registrar, where photographs of seller, purchaser & witnesses are done. In the event you still feel that your brothers may trespass and sell the property using forged documents, you may file a compliant with nearest police station to that effect and also mention that ur mother being senior citizen is being harassed by your brothers.
