How to include wifes name in the property ?

Dear Sir, I am 42 years old in Gulf and my wife is 37 years.This is related to the issue of 2 residential properties. 1. The first one is a villa purchased in the joint owner ship of me and my wife (both muslims) for Rs 30,15,000.00 (30 lakhs fifteen thousand) with 23,87,000.00 (23 lakhs eighty seven thousand) paid by my wife (her father) and Rs 6,28,000.00 (six lakhs twenty eight thousand) paid by me. 2. The second one is a villa purchased in my name and fully paid by me total cost Rs 75,00,000.00 (Rs Seventy Five lakhs ) Both investments are paid during 2007/8-2011/12 period. My wife made a demand that she wants joint ownership for the second villa also. She is not employed and will not pay any thing. (She is not agreeing to my opinion to give her complete rights of the 1st villa and keep the second one as such). I request you to guide me the best way to include my wife's name into the 2nd villa which will guarantee rights transfer to my minor son(8 years).
