How to go about partitioning of fathers self acquired land

31-May-2023 (In Property Law)
My father expired n 2000..he left wife 2 sons and 2 daughter(me). My mother expired in 2016. Now i have asked for partition of 30 cents which is self acquired by father and he has not made a will...my brothers are staying at the old house in the plot which is facing to main road. Brothers are willing to give me 10 cent on backside of plot But the plot is lengthwise and there is no way to backside..even if brothers give way from front part it will be too narrow so that a car cant pass..so it will be difficult to sell that 10cent ...so can i ask cash equivalent to 10 cents to my brothers instead of 10 cent ?? Is that legally valid? Brothers not willing to sell the land or giving me land in front side which has road access

After the death of the father and mother the right over the fathers property equally distributed among to his children s. The property is partitioned equally. It means the road side property has higher value than inside property . On such an occasion the person who occupies in side the land get more area than near side property of the road. So meet a local lawyer and send notice then file suit for partition.

Definitely you will get drivable way into your share if they give. For that the first thing is that you have to file a partition suit in the court of law. You pls obtain the certified copy of the document of the said property.Further clarification will be give later
