how to get the property from father as he has an affair outside?

We are four siblings, two of my sister got married before the death of my mother five years back. Now at my home its me, my younger brother, my elder divorced sister and my father totalling 4 persons. My father is 58 and is govt employee in DDA. He has affair with another woman outside. he stays with her throughout the day and come back in late night. All our properties are in his name. When anyone of us say something to him he yell on us badly and beat us. We're afraid if he sell all property without our knowledge as he took away all our gold jewelry from home.

Is it your fathers self acquired property??If yes in context to property you can not work out anything.But yes if anyone of you is not major or in such a stage that can not maintain himself or herself then you can file a maintenance against your father and for beatings you can also opt a criminal remedy.Rest if property belongs to him you can not ask him to alienate forcefully.
