Assuming that the said flat was in the name of your parents, you can go for heir ship certificate stating all the above as legal heir and obtain heirship certificate from competent court of your jurisdiction stated your shares, all the above members ie. 3 brothers and one sister have to file an application with that regards , the whole process take 3/4 month time depends upon circumstances , for more details you can contact me via lawrato.

According to Hindu succession act 2005 the share of the your family flat Will be equal whether boy or girl the sharing will be equal proportion when you sale your Mumbai flat then your brothers share and your single sister share are equal means Whatever you get it will be divided by four parts according to law.

Hi
Is it joint family property or flat is purchased by your prdecesor. So first test is to acertain character of property. Let's assumed it is owned or purchased by your father and he is no more. In that case after his demise all legal heirs, class one heirs, inherited equally said property. If you want your share in property, you will have to file suit for declaration of your share and for separate possession.
