How to get registered power of attorney done in kolkata and it's charges ? How much time it take ? Need to authorise one partner to sell the firm property !
In my opinion you can register power of attorney before the office of registrar , and and it takes 5 to 10 days.
And fees vary from lawyer to lawyer.
but without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.
