how to get property papers from tehsil

my father was having both lands agriculture and city lands.i am having all account number of land...how can i get them ?//////My father expired on 08/02/2017..o will..having only death certificate.ow suggest me how to take duplicate copy of papers.
You can obtain copy of jamabandi(for agricultural land) from any e Mitra counter or from the office of the patwari concerned .For city land if you want to get copy of sale deeds than go the sub registrar office and for getting patta you have to go in office of JDA.

Agriculture land details are available in revenue office of concerned area. You should proceed for mutation entries since after the death the legal heirs should applied for mutation so that land may be converted in your name. City land documents may be taken from the concern municipality.
