How to get permission from corporation problem with documents
16-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My property was gifted to me by my mother . The area of concern is that i am a government service man and i had received my job from my uncle (IN QUOTA) . So in all my government ID proof I have my fathers name as my uncle's name . So i am un able to do any property modification as to passing a new floor plan in the corporation and so on , as the parents name in the gift deed differs . So i want the need full advice. What should I do?
get another gift deed in your spouse name and thereafter apply for the mutation certificate and then apply for the additional floor building plan to the building department. Else execute and register POA (Power-of-attorney) in your spouse name. Maybe this time it will work out with building department. If you get stuck anywhere, you can contact me for further guidance.
Dear querist,
I don’t have any sympathy for you, morally, whatever you did and the way you are boasting about it is very disturbing... I am just not reporting this to higher authorities due to clients and lawyer non disclosure pact... you cheated government to land a job and again you cheated state government and central government since you paid very small amount of stamp duty....

Since you have been benefited with the different name to be of your father, you can't change the same immediately and that may prejudice the government job itself. Hence you need to do a proper affidavit by the judicial magistrate 1st class declaring both the names to be of a single person as of your father. That will remove the difficulty. One of my cliwnt having same problem, has been benefited accordingly. All the best. Regards
