How to get original papers of property partition

I am sunni muslim our father have gifted property in 2 brothers name now my father have expired and original papers are with elder brother i also want a copy can i get the copy from court. What is the procedure for partition for un registered property.
You did not clear mention which documents you want property documents or court case documents ..? But here you want property documet should can not take from court but you want case documents you can get photo copies .!

First you take out the khata number of the property and if you go to the office where property tax is collected you will get the document previously registered. In the said document you will have its description and name of present owner. Apply for previously registered document in the registration office. That is your certified copy.
