my father self acquired a 3 house building. mother, elder brother and my sister lived with him but due to some family issues i left the building and leave in a rented house. now our father has died without leaving a will. but my mother claims it is her building i cannot live in the father building nor get any share from the property. she has given 2 house in the same bilding for rent and they live in the same building . my name is in mutation and uttar of the building. how to get my share
First of all, Your father had died intestate leaving behind all the legal heirs without executing the will it means all the legal heirs gets equal share in the property. your mother alone cannot claim the building.
