How to get my share in my parent's property?

My father and mother both died without distributing the house.now we are 4 brother and 2 sister.now my elder brother are not willing to sign on the concent paper.Kindly give me the solution.
You have to file a partition suit against your brothers and sisters and along with the partition suit you have to file an injunction so that no one can sell out the property without the consent of the court.
