How to get LR records corrected

I am holding 23 dismil land and all the supported documents except LR record name is unknown person.i meet settlement officer show all the document told me ok but now they are doings anything.so please tell me is there any way to correction my LR records.
Please contact Local BL&LRO along with parcha and LR record in which your name is' written.If any discrepancy is found between your record and their record an field enquiry to be carried out by BL&LRO.

As per detail provided by you you have to file an application for recording your names in the records of the settlement office an upon hearing if the settlement office rejects your application for mutation then in that case you can appeal before the LRTT.
