How to get complete rights to agifted property

My mother has a property in her name purchased by my father in Kolkata. We are HindunMy father and brother are dead.I am her daughter, nMy mother wants to gift the property to me.How can I prevent legal hassels later so that there is no claim later by my brother's wife or children.
if your mother wants to gift you the related property then you need to have gift deed on your name and it has to be registered after that you can be the owner of the property what is your jurisdiction...
