How to get back property from police after being released on bail?

Sir my motor cycle at police station how should I get back. I was arrested in a kidnap case and my bike was also mentioned in fir, I was came released by bail and how should I get my bike please tell me
Approach jurisdiction court where it case is being taken up and file petition for release of vehicle, probably u ve to engage an advocate for the same and u ve to file an affidavit as well giving undertaking before court tat u shall produce vehicle when ever court directs u to do so

Petition should be filed in the court praying for return of the property, the Court may make such order as it thinks fit for the proper custody of such property pending the conclusion of the inquiry or trial. If such order is passed in ur favour u should have to produce the sureties to the extent of the amount of such property and should also produce the property where and when the court orders for the production of the property for better adjudication of the case.

You have a right to obtain its released from the court u/s. 451, 457 CRPC. File a petition through your lawyer and the Magistrate will allow the petition for release by imposing certain conditions like deposit of RC, Undertaking to produce the same before court as and when required, etc.
