Sir, I want to know exact process of land status before purchasing land, there is no any loan with land or any illegal activity.
U are advised to obtain no encumbrance certificate from concerned registrar.Go through the revenue records of tehsheel if it is agricultural land.Inspect the assessment register if property is within municipal or corporation limit.U can also check court records though e-court mechanism whether any case is pending or not in respect of such property or not.
