Dear sir, my name is say belongs SC (mala). My grand father have 3sons. My father is middle one and he was passed away in the year 2000.my mother takeaway from grand father because of her job conditions. Now I am in the age of 18 years. My grand father have owened immovable property of 150 yards of constructed house. The property is purely his own. In this consequence my grand father write a gift deed for remaining his two sons in the year 2012. I go and to ask my uncles about the property. But they said my father write gift deed for us and there is no Wright's for you. Sir, in this issue can I challenge the in court. Have any chances to get property along with my uncles.
