How to file a complaint against the builder

I am from Kolkata, Rajarhat area. I have taken a flat and its already 2.5 years old. the builder has not completed the building work yet. there is a issue with parking place, boundary has not been completed and he also has not installed a gate in the main entrance. so i need to know the leagl procedures. also i need to know how to send a legal letter to proceed. shall we need to take help from a lawyer? as the building is already 2.5 years old can we go against the builder ?

You can get remedy from consumer Forum. 3 years is the limitation i kean after 3 years if knock the door of law it will late so you 6months in your hand . Yes you have to appoint a lawyer to write a legal notice.

The best way to get a relief is file a consumer forum case against the builder and a case under section 420 of the indian penal code to pressurize him to do the needful. for any further query and or help contact us.
