ir meri faizabaad pirkholi gaav me mere father k naam jameen hai.. unki death hone k baad maine usko apni maa k naam transfar karana chaha.. bt hamare relation k logo n us jameen par kabze ka case laga diya.. 2 saal ho gaye abhi tak uspar koi work nahi hua...hum log kanpur m rehte hai actually m papa k death k baad hum gaav ja nahi paaye usi beech unlogo n waha par kabza kar liya.. aur hamare upar 229B SDM k yaha ek case aur ek case tehseeldaar k yaha case karke taal rahe aur pareshaan kar rahe pls suggest kare k kis tarh is matter ko khatm karke mai apni jameen wapas le saku
First of all you should applied for the succession certificate before SDM office in Kanpur from on behalf of your mother wherein you should mention all the names and addresses and relationships of other legal heir of your deceased father. After obtaining the proper succession certificate you can apply for the mutation of title of property in the name of your mother
