How to evict my son and his family from my property recd by Gift Deed

I m a Sikh, 60 yrs old, living with my wife 55 yrs, mentally retarded & physically handicapped daughter 26 yrs, son 35 yrs, DIL & grandson in 3 bhk one half shared house with my uncle. My father got his half share from my grandmother's property after her death and later gifted me by Regd Gift Deed DIL have strained relationship with my son, and not speaks with us I have made additional kitchen with her room but she forcibly works in main kitchen and doesn't allow anyone when she cook I hv also offered another flat in son's name but she doesn't shift without big money Please advise?

If you have a registered gift deed then you are the absolute owner of the house. You can ask her to leave but it is a tricky situation because she can at any time file domestic violence complaints against you. Your best bet is to have someone close to her talk with her and get her to leave. Maybe your son can also file for divorce proceedings, but everything is women centric these days, so it is tough call to take.

You have two option firstly to go with tje eviction petition and secondly file a domestic violence case against them. One more thing which is not clear is from where your mother get this property.
